The Qualflex™ Excel hose range is made from an innovative cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) liner and robust stainless steel over-braid – with green tracer for easy identification.

The Excel range is used extensively and designed to meet the stringent demands surrounding hygiene and micro bacterial growth within healthcare & public service premises including hospitals, care homes, schools, and prisons. Qualflex™ Excel flexible hoses provide safe conveyance of potable water supplies within domestic and commercial applications for medical equipment and bathing systems.

The Premier range provides safe and taint-free conveyance of potable water between the mains water supply and free standing applications. Premier range is supplied with a liner manufactured TPS Thermoplastic Styrene which has elastomer properties for flexibility and kink resistance.

The blend of silicon and thermoplastic polymer reduces the formation of biofilm derived from bacteria present in the water supply and odours commonly associated with more traditional EPDM lined hoses.

The Qualflex™ Elite hose range provides robust and flexible solution for use in heating , ventilation and air conditioning systems. Made from EPDM rubber liner with stainless steel over-braid and a red & blue tracer for easy identification, Elite flexible hoses are suitable for the temperature range of HVAC equipment and can be supplied with class ‘0’ insulation for chilled applications.

Qualflex™ Elite flexible hose assemblies can be designed and manufactured for central heating boilers, air source heat pumps, and any application requiring heat-resistant materials. The innovative DuPont™ Hytrel® liner used in Qualflex™ Hydravend flexible hoses, has been developed to deliver odourless and taint-free drinking water and incorporates a mirror smooth inner surface which improves flow and does not support microbiological growth.

The result is a highly flexibility and durable flexible hose which delivers superior tasting water. Qualflex™ Hydravend flexible hose assemblies can be designed and manufactured as a sub-assembly component within various machine and drinks vending applications.

We can also offer an ancillary range of hoses including drain hoses, washing machine hoses, PVC tubing, and LLDPE tubing as either individual products or as sub assembly builds to meet specific requirements.
